Marshall
Dickholtz Jr., DC
The director of HEALTHSMART
Marshall Dickholtz Jr., DC, is one of only 18 Board Certified NUCCA practitioners
worldwide. Dr. Dickholtz specializes in identifying and correcting the structural
displacement that impairs function of the brainstem and central nervous system.
Dr. Dickholtz has treated more than 8,000 individual cases, with over 24 years
of experience. He is an authority on the diagnosis and treatment of adults and
children with headaches, musculoskeletal conditions, spinal disc syndrome, back
and neck pain, auto and work related injuries, and other neurologically based
conditions.
Dr. Dickholtz completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer University
in 1978 with awards in radiology and leadership. After receiving his degree,
he continued his education with over 2,000 hours in NUCCA training, receiving
his NUCCA Board Certification in 1993.
He is currently head of the NUCCA Certification Program, the standards committee
and is on both NUCCA and NUCCRA Board of Directors. As an instructor at NUCCA
seminars he has authored articles and chapters on various aspects of NUCCA care
and the certification program.

Marla Goldberg has healed her own eating disorders and weight issues that began
at age 12 through the power of guided visualization, hypnotherapy and Holographic
Memory Resolution.
She is a certified Hypnotherapist with a B.S in food in business
from the University of Illinois and trained in Holographic Memory Resolutions.
She is a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists, Heart-Centered Therapies
Association, and the Infinity Foundation Practitioner Network.
Marla has a private
practice and conducts classes on a variety of Mind - Body topics.

Mark
Cibrario is a Level 2 C.H.E.K. Practitioner, A Nike Training Athlete
consultant to Spri Products and Harbinger, a lecturer for all of
the prominent fitness organizations.
Mark has co-produced 7 video tapes on strength training, authored several books
on strength training program design, injury prevention, post-injury fitness and
has co-produced the "Power Pole" manual and instructional video.

Cheryl
Baxter
Professional Choreographer, Dancer, and Actress
Cheryl
started her choreographic career as an assistant choreographer
to Gene Kelly and Kenny Ortega in Francis Ford Coppola's film,
One From the Heart. She went on to work with Meryl Streep in
Death Becomes Her, and Jason Alexander and Regina King in Down
and Out in Chicago.
Her television credits include General Hospital, The Young and
the Restless, segments on the Academy and Golden Globe Awards and
many specials and commercials. She recently choreographed the Les
Girls 3 breast cancer benefit for Peri Gilpin and the cast of Frasier
and is currently setting shows for Universal Studios Japan.
Cheryl's background also includes appearances in such films as
Xanadu, Grease 2, Tap, The Other Sister, Pennies From Heaven, and
The First Daughter. Cheryl has performed in the L.A. and 1st National
companies of Cats and 42nd Street and the Live From Broadway telecast
of Sophisticated Ladies. Cheryl has also performed commercial work
with Michael Jordan for Ball Park Franks, Vanessa Williams for
Radio Shack, and Rosie O’Donnell for K-Mart.
