When I started Renee's Kick
Butt and Lunge program, I was 46 years old. I own a cooking school and have always been surrounded
by food. So you can imagine the struggle I've experienced to
balance my food intake with my exercise level.
I
thought my active lifestyle, along with working out 2 times
a week was sufficient, but I noticed my body changing the last
3 years. In the past, I have tried personal training and machine
workouts. I had gradually gained 15 pounds over the years
and just not feeling like my old sexy self.
Gravity
set in and my spirit was down. I considered liposuction
but was leery of the procedure. My energy level was not
the same and it was hard for me giving into the aging process.
I have had an athletic body all my life and it was
not looking like that anymore.
I
have experienced upper body stiffness and I am afraid of osteoporosis,
for my mom is practically crippled by the loss of bone. The
importance of exercise is paramount to my health. I was gradually
creeping up in my clothes size. I used to be a
6 or 8 in my pants size. When size 10's were getting a
little tight it was time to do something. Feeling rather
frustrated, Renee had offered the testimonial program to me.
In
11 weeks my body is transforming into my old figure. The
first 5 pounds melted off gradually. My upper back stiffness
is relieved after my workout. I am more flexible. My abdominal
area is getting flatter. My core is stronger and I
am standing taller for my posture and balance has improved
through the power pole program. My legs and butt are tighter
than ever. I
am fitting into my size 8 pants and clothes that I swore
I would eventually get into someday hiding in my closet. I
can not believe the difference in my body working only
30 minutes 3 times a week in 11 weeks. Inches
were melting off. In my 11 week picture, I turned 47 that day.
I feel like a million bucks. I feel stronger physically,
more toned, flexible and younger!
The
easy to follow kick butt and lunge video has made working out
fun for me. I can workout in my own home and get
great results without the cost of surgery, expensive workout
equipment and health club memberships. I am thrilled
with my results and will continue only to expect a
better body and quality of life. I look in the mirror
and notice my youthful body coming back. The Power Pole
