Starting a serious exercise program is what I needed to get on track. By chance, I ran into Renee. She told me about her Kick Butt and Lunge class. I had tried personal training with Renee. But, I couldn’t work it into my schedule, much less my family’s schedule! I tried working out on my own. I also took various exercise classes, including Curves. I tried anything I could think of to make a dent in the twenty pounds I gradually gained in my forties.

Like a lot of people, I watched my body slowly change after I turned forty. I couldn’t lose weight and my body was losing its muscle tone. I wasn't comfortable. By my mid-forties, things were rapidly spiraling out of control. Plus, it seemed impossible to find time for me. I felt depressed and disgusted with myself.

My husband had started his own company and I was working hard to help keep things running. My mother-in-law was also very ill and I spent a lot of time nursing her. After she passed away, I helped care for my father-in-law. This winter, it was my great-aunt who needed nursing. That's when I ran into Renee.

I can't believe how good I feel after doing the Kick, Butt and Lunge! It's a simple and effective workout. Plus, I can fit it into my busy schedule! I can't believe the great results in pounds and inches. But, it's really the inches all over my body that matter the most to me. Kick, Butt and Lunge works the whole body. I look better in my tops, even my sleeveless tops, and my bottoms. I'm comfortable in my clothes and I'm happy with myself again!

I'm not quite back to where I was at forty, but forty eight has definitely improved!
