My name
is FAMOS! I’m a full-time single parent and entertainer. Most
people thought I was already in great shape. But, I definitely knew
that I needed help physically. I entertain mainly on the weekends.
So, being so active on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays shocks my
body.
What about the rest of the week? Well, the Kick Butt
