My weight problems started at a young age. I was always dieting. My weight bounced up and down like a yo-yo. Being a flight attendant kept me on track early in my career because of the weight requirements for flight attendants at that time. After having two beautiful girls, my forties were a turning point for me. 

After September 11th, I was put on furlough by the airlines. My weight crept up month after month. I felt out of shape, self conscious, and out of control  I had no energy. I stepped onto the scale and realized that I had gained forty pounds. I knew I was heading in the wrong direction. I had to do something to take control of my health. 

As the weeks progress, the weight and inches are starting to fall off.  In the past, machine workouts and heavy weight lifting gave me a bulky look. That’s when I started using the Power Poles. Now, participating in the Wright Workout™ Power Pole classes is helping me to shed that bulky look and develop a long and lean body. I am fitting into clothes that I have not been able to wear in a long time. I began the program at 152 pounds. After 11 weeks, I now weigh 136 pounds. Plus, I have lost over 18 inches - mainly in my lower body. My balance and posture has also improved. For the first time in my life, I am happy with my body. 

My goal is to wear a bikini again with confidence. I can't wait to achieve my goal! Participating in the Wright Workout™ Kick Butt and Lunge classes and living a healthy lifestyle is the best example I feel that I can give to my girls.
