I've never been the type to be able to stick to a consistent workout
program for very long. I always start out fine, but then get easily
bored or inpatient with results.
With
the Wright Workout™, I found the opposite to be true. I actually
look forward to working out!! The
Wright Workout™ provides a challenge and variety in a comfortable
setting.
Renee
is great at assessing your individual workout needs and abilities.
No matter what workout level you are at, Renee is able to offer
modifiers so that everyone is able to work out together, while
still experiencing the right level of challenge.
Although
the core of the class is consistent, Renee makes it interesting
by varying several areas of the workout. It's never the same
workout twice. I love the dance moves
she throws in and the encouragement and fun she adds to every
workout.
The
other big difference with the Wright Workout™ is the feeling
that you are part of a team. I know if I don't show up one day someone
will notice! Someone is going to be giving me a
call to find out where I am. You can't find that at a larger
fitness center. I know because I've done it. I paid
a hefty yearly membership and probably used the facilities less
than 14 times, but no one seemed to care or notice. I also tried
the video workout approach in my basement. But again, it
was very easy to take a day off.
With
the Wright Workout someone is there to notice and someone does
care. That was enough to motivate me to go on a consistent
basis. And, it's that consistency that leads to feeling
better and looking good!
