The
Wright Workout™ has been the best workout for me. I
have worked out for the past 30 years and nothing has worked better
for me. I have always had trouble getting and keeping inches
off my trouble spots - you know what they are - butt, hips and
tummy.
Renee Wright's Kick-butt and Lunge Power Pole training has
done the job for me. In the first 12 weeks, I lost 12 inches,
mostly off of my tummy and hip area. The pictures tell the
