I had been on Weight Watchers for just over a year when I had first heard about the Wright Workout™ Power Poles. I had lost several pounds by working out at a local circuit training gym. When the gym closed its business, I had to decide whether I wanted to join another gym or whether I had the discipline it would take to workout at home. I decided to try working out at home since I wanted the convenience of being able to adjust my workout schedule to fit my lifestyle. I used dumbbells, a step, treadmill, and tubing. I tried just about every different type of exercise video on the market, from cardio to weight lifting to circuit training. I was making progress, slowly but surely. When a good friend invited me to look at the Power Pole workout, I thought it would be just another gimmick. Little did I know what effect it could have on your body in such a short amount of time!

I chose the Power Pole workout for several reasons. I could accomplish an entire workout in 30 minutes. I didn’t need a lot of space or equipment. And, I had the convenience of working out when I wanted to workout. What I found most intriguing though, was the fact that I could concentrate on lunging without worrying about toppling over from my lack of balance. The Power Poles not only help improve your balance, but they also help improve your posture. Plus, the moves in the Kick Butt and Lunge video work your upper body at the same time, a bonus!

Using the Power Poles is quick and easy, and the results are great. Not only have I lost over 18 inches and several pounds, but I can see and feel muscles that I didn’t know I had. My legs are so much stronger now. I can actually sprint, instead of walk up a flight of stairs, without getting winded or my knees giving out. My body has finally taken on a shape other than round.

The Kick Butt and Lunge video is fast paced. It only requires about 30 minutes of my time. Renee’s instructions are precise and easy to follow. I have lost two shirt sizes and 3 pants sizes since I started this workout. I know I will continue to lose even more. This is a great program for all ages. You see results very quickly, which is the best motivation to continue working out. I am looking forward to continued success with the Wright Workout™ Power Poles.
