Losing weight is not a fun prospect, but with Renee Wright’s Power Pole program it was nothing but good news. The headline is I lost 20 pounds. But Renee’s program did more than that. I started feeling good about myself. I could look in the mirror and see the lost inches in my waist, in my arms, my thighs, and best of all, my stomach.

First, I looked better, and then I started feeling better about myself. We’re all familiar with the weight off / weight on roller coaster. I’ve been to health clubs, and used videos at home, and nothing stuck. But that didn’t happen with Renee’s Power Pole program, because she not only believed in the Power Pole product, she believed in us, and showed us not just how to use the Power Pole but how to use it safely and effectively. She also showed how to tailor it to our needs, whether that was a low impact or high impact routine.

Thanks to Renee, I do exercise the Wright way – I use the right equipment, use the right safety procedures, and eat the right foods. It’s the Wright program and the Wright way to exercise.
